Engineering Workshops

Our maintenance shop is equipped to undertake the maintenance and modifications to a variety of production equipment including specialist machinery and conveyor systems. Machine shop capabilities include cutting, folding, turning, milling and grinding (manual and CNC).

We furthermore have a fully equipped, independent stainless steel work shop where we engineer and manufacture a wide range of tailormade products. Having serviced the wine industry for years, we can fabricate a wide range of storage and fermentation vessels up to 45,000 L as well chutes, piping, platforms and more. Grape receival bins, rotary ferment drainers, rotary screens and all forms of conveyers are all examples of product movement we manufacture and supply.

Safety equipment is not just limited to guarding, we fabricate safety barriers, elevated access platforms and stair towers all designed strictly to meet appropriate Australian standards with our in-house design and drafting service.

We can install Copper, Stainless and Galvanised lines to service must, water, brine, sanitary, wine/beer and compressed air for any application. We can fabricate hoppers, chutes or any other forms of static product movement to feed conveyors, presses or any other machinery. Wear proof chutes are made from heavy duty material to mild steel to service the heavy industry.

We fabricate, using quality Australian made materials, such as Hot Dipped Galvanised Mild Steel and aluminium. All work is fully engineered and designed to meet with Australian Standards. Stair towers, stairwells, catwalks, ramps and all support steelwork, including all hand railing needs are some of the products we can deliver. We can also rework your old catwalks or platforms that do not comply to the current Australian Standards.
